Our Offerings

1. RERA Application

We prepare the application form and collect documents as required by Section 4 and RERA rules thereunder. There are around 200 data items that have to be correctly filled in this form. Any mistake in the application may lead to heavy penalties under RERA Act, 2016. We assure you of an error-free process of the application form.

2. Resolution of queries

We clarify the doubts raised by the client for a clear and precise understanding of the processes that will be conducted in the near future.

3. RERA Affidavit

We help in the preparation of the affidavit cum declaration (Form B/Form-II) by the promoter of the project, following the RERA norms prescribed by the respective state of India.

4. Allotment letter

Allotment letter is the first formal document shared with the customers on booking of the unit in a project. We, at PNS, help in the drafting of allotment letter considering all the important facts, terms and conditions related to the project like construction plan, architectural details, plot size, financial details, etc. This is to avoid litigations with the clients in future and thereby to avoid getting affected by the penal provisions of up to 5% of the estimated cost of project u/s 61 of RERA Act, 2016.

5. Authorization letter

We prepare an authorization letter as required for the RERA application.

6. Bank certificate

We prepare the bank certificate that is duly authorized by the scheduled bank. This certificate is required while making an application for a RERA number, that is, in the state of Kerala. We, at PNS, help in preparing such formats for the registration of the project under Kerala RERA.

7. RERA Number

With strong liasoning support at the RERA department and regular follow-ups at the RERA office, we assure the client to obtain the RERA number in the shortest possible time without any delays.
